These terms govern purchases from Thai Polish Foods Factory at thaipolishfoodsfactory.com. The seller is Utilize Property Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ยูทิไลซ์ พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด), company and Tax ID 0735568004416, head office at 115, 115/1-2 Moo 4, Ngio Rai, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom 73120, Thailand.
Products and food information
We sell chilled and frozen Polish foods produced or supplied in Thailand. Product descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, allergens, storage directions and best-before/use-by information shown on the product page or label form part of the product information. Images are illustrative. Always follow the label and keep products at the stated temperature.
Orders and availability
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept it when payment is authorised and we send confirmation. Products remain subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or information is materially incorrect, we will contact you to offer a suitable change or refund. Please check your telephone number and delivery address before ordering.
Prices, VAT and payment
Website prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must clear before dispatch. A tax invoice will be issued in accordance with Thai law using the billing details supplied by the customer; please provide complete tax-invoice information when ordering.
Chilled and frozen delivery
We deliver within Thailand where our temperature-controlled service is available. The standard chilled/frozen delivery charge is ฿260 including VAT for an order with a total shipping weight up to 5 kg. Orders above 5 kg require confirmation and a separate delivery quote; we may hold, split, cancel or refund such an order if a suitable delivery arrangement cannot be agreed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, weather, public holidays, remote areas or events outside reasonable control. Someone must be available to receive temperature-controlled products. Risk passes on delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. For damaged, incorrect, missing or unsafe-on-arrival products, contact us promptly and keep the goods and packaging for inspection.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access secure. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or security, submit fraudulent orders, or copy site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products in accordance with the order and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer information, failure to receive or store a temperature-controlled delivery properly, misuse contrary to the label, or events outside reasonable control. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order unless a mandatory legal change applies.
Governing law and contact
